Whiskey Sour
- 2 parts bourbon
- 1 part lemon juice
- ½ part sugar syrup
- ½ part egg white
- Cubed ice
- 1 cherry and an orange slice
Instructions
Put ice and all of the ingredients into a shaker and shake hard for about 20 seconds to chill the liquid really well Strain the mix into a glass filled with ice and garnish with the cherry and orange slice
Old Fashioned
- 2 teaspoons simple syrup
- 1 teaspoon water
- 2 dashes bitters
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger bourbon whiskey
- 1 slice orange
- 1 maraschino cherry
Instructions
Pour the simple syrup, water, and bitters into a whiskey glass. Stir to combine, then place the ice cubes in the glass. Pour bourbon over the ice and garnish with the orange slice and maraschino cherry.
TEQUILA
Margarita
- 45ml Tequila
- 22.5ml triple sec liqueur
- 22.5ml lime juice
- 1 lime wedge
- Salt
- Ice

Chill your glass (the easiest way is to fill it with ice) Put lots of ice and all of the ingredients into a shaker, then shake hard for about 30 seconds to chill the liquid really well Run a lime wedge around the outside of the rim of your glass before rolling the rim in salt Double strain the mix into the glass
Tequila Sunrise
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 3/4 ounce grenadine syrup
- Orange slice, for garnish
Instructions
In a highball glass filled with ice, pour in the tequila and orange juice. Slowly pour the grenadine into the glass over the back of a spoon or by drizzling it down the side of the glass, allowing it to settle at the bottom. Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.
GIN
Negroni
- 1 oz London dry gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz vermouth rosso
Instructions
Add the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker. Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into a glass over cubed ice. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
Martini
- 2 1/2 ounces gin
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
- Garnish: 1 or 3 olives or a lemon twist
Instructions
In a mixing glass filled with ice cubes, combine the gin and vermouth, pouring more or less vermouth to your taste.Stir for 30 seconds.Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
VODKA
Esspresso Martini
- 30ml Esspresso
- 30ml Kahlua
- 30ml Vodka
Instructions
Shake the Kahlúa, Absolut Vodka and espresso together with plenty of ice. Strain into a cocktail glass to get rid of all the small ice chips. Tip: Shake for like 10 seconds for optimal frothiness.
Moscow Mule
- 45ml Vodka
- 15ml Lime Juice
- Ginger Beer
- Lime Wedge
Instructions
Pour vodka and lime juice into a mug; add ice cubes and ginger beer. Stir to combine. Drop a lime wedge into the mug for garnish.
RUM
Dark and Stormy
- 2 ounces dark rum
- 5 ounces ginger beer
- Lime wedge
Instructions
Pour the rum over ice in highball and fill with ginger beer. Squeeze in the lime wedge.
Mojito
- 2 parts White Rum
- ½ fresh lime
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- Dash of soda water
- Sprig of Fresh Mint

Put the four lime wedges into a glass, then add the sugar syrup and muddle (squish everything together) to release the lime juice Put the mint leaves on one hand and clap. This bruises the leaves and releases the aroma. Rub the mint leaves around the rim of the glass and drop them in. Use a muddler, bar spoon (or even a rolling pin) to gently push the mint down into the lime juice Half fill the glass with crushed ice and pour in the white rum. Stir the mix together. Top up with crushed ice, a splash of the soda water and garnish it with a sprig of mint
